DueCue helps you stay ahead; merchants remain in control of their services.

These Terms govern use of the DueCue website, account, and Chrome extension operated by Alp. By creating an account or using DueCue, you agree to these Terms. If you are not legally able to agree, use DueCue only with the authorization required where you live.

• User-triggered capture of subscription and free-trial details after choosing Track this page in the Chrome extension, followed by review before saving.
• Manual creation and editing of tracked subscription and trial records.
• Organization through the Dashboard, Subscriptions area, and DueMap, including estimates based on the information stored in the account.
• Canonical reminder schedules and optional Chrome browser notifications when the user enables Browser reminders.
• Cancellation guidance or links when DueCue can safely identify an official merchant method.

Webpages vary and can change without notice. DueCue may miss, misread, or leave fields unknown. You must review detected merchant, plan, price, cadence, trial, and date information before saving it and keep important records current. DueCue does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of merchant-page information.

Reminder schedules depend on the dates, timezone, preferences, and lifecycle state stored in the account. Chrome notification delivery can also depend on Chrome, the operating system, network access, extension authentication, and notification settings. DueCue does not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered or seen. Keep another record of important financial and cancellation deadlines.

• DueCue is not the merchant and does not sell or administer the tracked subscription.
• DueCue does not automatically cancel subscriptions or trials and cannot prove that a merchant accepted a cancellation.
• You remain responsible for merchant contracts, charges, refund rules, notice periods, cancellation steps, and retaining confirmation.
• Merchant pages, prices, eligibility, renewal terms, and cancellation methods may change after DueCue last observed or reviewed them.
• DueCue does not guarantee savings or prevent every unwanted charge.

• Provide accurate information and keep account details reasonably current.
• Protect account credentials and extension access and sign out from devices you no longer control.
• Do not place passwords, payment-card data, banking credentials, or third-party secrets in notes, captures, or reports.
• Use DueCue lawfully and do not interfere with its security, reliability, or other users.

DueCue may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside its control. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, the service, or other users. Users may delete tracked records and use the supported account deletion controls. Service changes will not turn DueCue into the merchant for any tracked subscription.

This release does not offer the purchase of DueCue plans, upgrades, subscriptions, or paid features. These Terms do not create a DueCue payment commitment, trial-to-paid conversion, refund entitlement, or promise that the service will always remain unchanged or free. Any future paid offering would require clear terms before purchase.
